Our courses are taught by a real Tea Merchant who is an expert in the business. In one evening, you will be transported through various tea gardens from around the world and learn how different teas are grown, understand what creates the different flavors of tea, and update your brewing and serving techniques. The course will include traditional teas such as: white teas, different types of green teas, various types of black teas and also non-traditional teas such as rooibos, herbal and fruit teas. We will also cover health benefits and ideas on how to entertain with tea. A very enjoyable and pleasant way to spend the evening and a great way to improve your knowledge on teas.
