Our Rooibos comes from the Cedarberg region in South Africa. It is naturally caffeine free and has 10 times the amount of anti-oxidants as green tea. The brew is made up of leaves from the rooibos plant that are naturally dried. No preservatives are added to the leaves at any stage of the process. This is a 100% natural drink that has been used in Europe and Africa for decades and because of the no-caffeine content it is enjoyed as an evening drink and by children. Our Organic Rooibos makes up the base of the other Rooibos blends.

Brew 1 tsp in 1 cup boiling water for 5- 7 minutes. You do not need to remove it from the water as it will not get sour or bitter but it is easier to drink strained. Enjoy hot or iced. Milk and sugar, or lemon and honey can be added as required.
